Warranty policy

WARRANTY TERMS: Dear Valued Customer:

Thank you so much for  choosing “safron appliances BRAND” where you will always get more than 200% value for your money. In order to provide you more satisfying after sales services. Please read the terms of the warranty card carefully.

1. Warranty and Service:

This product should be able to perform it’s superior performance under normal use and maintenance. In the event of any damage caused by manufacturing process, we will replace the parts or the entire product depends on exact situation.

2. Warranty Regulations:

Within speculated warranty period starting from the date of purchase, you will receive a 1year warranty service if the manufacturer’s/dealer’s evidence shows that the damage caused is by the manufacturing process and product is used under normal conditions. This service does not include certain parts (Blender jars, engine housing, blades, jar cover, blades, any form of jar etc) and accessories such as gears, attachments etc) and transportation costs also. However; after your warranty duration, your products can be sent to us if any issues arise with it. The cost of replacement or fixing by our technician will be paid for by customer. Users please keep this card for future service. If the certificate is altered, it will be invalid.

3. FREE SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

✓ Man-made damage caused by improper use, such as access to improper power supply, improper use of accessories, improper installation, use in a wrong way, damage caused by misuse or negligence. Damage caused by other accidents or damaged caused by other force majeure (such as natural disasters, voltage abnormalities etc).

✓ Aging of the machine, wear of the machine etc which may be caused by normal use, but do not affect the normal use of the product.

✓ Any damaged caused by general use outside the home. ( for example, industrial and commercial)

✓ The contents of this warranty card are ultimately owned by the company.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be able to shop our with confidence. Our customers’ satisfaction is our Goal. All our products are tested and well packaged before sending out to you our lovely customers. Any product defective within the given warranty period can be returned and looked into by our technicians. We give a replacement for products with defects IF ONLY THE DEFECT IS A MANUFACTURER ERROR. We do not accept return or refund of any product in perfect working condition. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We exchange products if they are defective or damaged (Manufacturers fault). If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to port harcourt, Nigeria.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and also the cost of sending back to your location. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Duration: 

Our delivery takes 2/5 days depending on your location. Delivery outside Nigeria is dependent on the shipping company selected by customer.
